Hoping to just jot some quick notes each day. Some weekly stats, daily food diary, etc. Just for me to reference when needed. So, B and I decided that I would be the human guinea pig for whether or not healthy eating and lifestyle will have an obvious effect on a person. We figured I was the best to be the guinea pig since I’ve got some pounds to lose and have seen better days. The thought is that it will ‘show up’ on me faster than it would him since he’s healthy and young. B agreed that if healthy eating has an obvious effect on me he will adopt a healthy eating plan as well. I will post the details of my eating plan in another post.
We also had the brilliant idea that I should fatten myself up tonight as much as possible. So basically, after stuffing my face with pasta and as many brownies as I could eat without throwing up, I am definitely feeling ready to stop eating junky unhealthy food. Feeling nauseous has that wonderful effect.
